E-mail me to discuss your order and finalise arrangements. The information below is for general guidance but if you require further information, please get in touch.

Ordering
Invitations should be sent out anytime between 1 year and 6 weeks before the wedding! Please order your stationery as early as you can. I need at least 8 to 10 weeks notice to allow me to create your invitations. However, subject to obtaining materials in time, i may be able to accommodate requests at short notice - tell me what you need and i will do my best to help. However, there will be an additional charge for rush orders.

Payment
All payments must be made by either cheque or cash.

Stationery orders must be accompanied by a 50% deposit - cheque clearance. The balance will become payable once you have approved your proofs and prior to the despatch of the final order.

Guest books/photo albums/scroll boxes and postal boxes must be paid in full at time of ordering.

All deposits are non-refundable and a cancellation fee may be chargeable if the order is cancelled once your stationery has been created .

Returns
In the unlikely event of you receiving any item that you are not completely happy with, we are happy for you to return the goods within 7 days of receipt for an exchange.
